About the role
We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers in our stores in Serang, Jabodetabek & Bandung. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
Lead and motivate a team of passionate retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Ensure efficient and effective store processes, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention
Identify and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
