About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Staff Admin Project & Tender to join our dynamic team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our company's projects and tenders.
What you'll be doing
Look for Government Tenders through online portal (LKPP, INAPROC, CIVD Migas, Pelindo E-Proc, Pengadaan.com etc)
Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks related to project and tender activities
Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed records and documentation for project and tender activities
Provide administrative support to project managers and tender coordinators
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project and tender processes
Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative procedures and systems
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree from a reputable Public University in Indonesia. Any major is acceptable
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a trade marketing or project-based environment
Previous experiences managing Government Project/Tender is preferred.
Able to speak good English is preferred or Mandarin , as well as speaking in Bahasa Indonesia
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to do Business trip Domestic & International.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently to find solutions
