Recently we open opportunity as Staff Management Planning.  Please read the qualification below.

Qualification : 

  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1)  in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related

  2. Fresh graduated with min GPA 3,00  (preferably from state university) and must understanding of cost accounting, budget controller)

  3. Have experiences 1- 2 years  in budget controller , budgeting management accounting 

  4. Familiar with AR/AP, invoicing, financial statement, PL, accrual accounting, budgeting, budget preparation, tax balance reconciliation

  5. Fluent in English (active) is a must

  6. Excellence using MS. Excel (Pivot, V Look Up, HLook Up, others formula excel)

  7. Able to do analyst data in large number

  8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  9. Good presentation, documentation and reporting skills

  10. Willing to learn & fast learner, able to work in dynamic circumstances areas

Role & Responsibilities : 

1.Calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all products within the portfolio.

2.Analyze, review cost components, including raw materials, packaging material, CC costs to ensure precision in calculations.

3.Monitor and maintain Contribution Margin (CM) & Operating Income (OI) for all products.

4. Analyzing sales revenue and associated costs, identify areas for improvement in cost-efficiency to enhance overall profit margins.

5.Collaborate on developing cost-effective strategies to align pricing structures with client expectations.

6. Maintain and update the database of calculation requests from the Marketing team, ensuring all inputs and cost components are accurately recorded.
