Job Description:

• Monitoring all IT services using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and AppDynamics.

 • Identifying and following up on potential disruptions or incidents in IT systems.

• Escalating to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in accordance with applicable procedures.

• Coordinating issue resolution systematically and across teams.

• Compiling periodic monitoring and incident reports.

• Providing improvement recommendations based on monitoring data analysis.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum education of a bachelor's degree Information Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT Monitoring or IT Operations.

• Proficient in using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and AppDynamics (a plus).

• Willing to work in a shift system.

• Understand the escalation flow and IT incident handling process.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
