About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant/SPG to join our team at our Discovery Mall store, Kuta Bali. As an SPG/Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

• Go through our training. Important part of company process

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the products they need

• Driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products

• Maintaining a well-presented and organised store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A passionate and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
