About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant/SPG to join our team at our Discovery Mall store, Kuta Bali. As an SPG/Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
What you'll be doing
Go through our training. Important part of company process
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the products they need
Driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products
Maintaining a well-presented and organised store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
What we're looking for
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A passionate and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
A smart, presentable appearance and the ability to adhere to our company dress code
