Job Description
Source for mechanical, electrical, instruments, lifting products and more used for Rigs, platforms, projects in the oil and gas company
Compare pricing and get most economical quote from manufacturers/suppliers/distributors for the provided specification/ brand/part number by the client
Sourcing and establishing relationships with buying houses/distributors in Indonesia, Singapore, USA, Europe
Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers for best pricing and terms of payment.
Able to coordinate with Domestic distributors & get better pricing in first approach coz we need this for reselling purpose not for self consumption.
Look for Shorter Lead time, Better pricing & Alternative/Equivalent sources.
Experienced in preparing trading documentation such as preparation of RFQ, quotes, tenders, purchase order, Performa invoice, bills of lading etc
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Petrochemical engineering discipline with atleast 3-5 years of sourcing experience in Oil and Gas, Mining, Engineering, Aviation and/or manufacturing industries
Good product knowledge & able to understand product based on drawing & description provided.
Preferably with experience in working in related heavy engineering industries
Experience in documentation for logistics, sales invoicing, bank documents, shipping documents, preparation of quotes and other admin functions.
Technical personal is preferred.
Good English communication skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working location: Bintaro
Working days/ hours: 5 days/ Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
