Job Summary:
As a Social Media Specialist at Five Elements Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with a deep understanding of the music industry and a proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with the agency's overall marketing objectives.
● Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
● Manage and maintain the agency's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
● Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
● Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and external partners to coordinate and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
● Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Foster and nurture relationships with influencers, musicians, and industry stakeholders to amplify the agency's online presence.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on B2C marketing.
● Deep understanding and passion for the music industry and familiarity with current trends.
