About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Interior to join our dynamic team at PT Kesuma Bangun Persada (Bentuk Ruang). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of interior design projects in our Denpasar, Bali location. Reporting to the Design & Architecture leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of our clients' projects.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of interior design projects, from initial planning through to final delivery

• Collaborate closely with design teams to translate client requirements into detailed project plans and specifications

• Oversee the procurement of materials and management of subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

• Communicate progress and any issues to clients in a proactive and professional manner

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our interior design processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex interior design projects within specified timeframes and budgets

• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials and construction methods

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively

• Proficient in using project management and design software tools

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
