About the role

ABSOLUTE DIGITAL' is seeking a talented Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. Based in Medan, Sumatera Utara, this position plays a crucial role in supporting our Marketing and Communications initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain the company's social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) to effectively communicate with our target audience

2. Create and curate compelling, on-brand content (e.g. posts, stories, reels) that resonates with our followers

3. Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to continuously improve our social media strategy

4. Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaign objectives

5. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

6. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing social media assets

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the marketing or communications industry

3. Proven track record of creating engaging, high-performing social media content

4. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimise performance
