Site Supervisor - Sport and Wellness Center

We are proud to be developing a state-of-the-art Sports & Wellness Center in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali—featuring comprehensive sports facilities, fitness studios, wellness spaces, and outdoor courts. It will serve locals, expats, and visitors seeking high-quality fitness and well-being experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily on-site construction progress and quality assurance.

• Coordinate trade teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards (Indonesia-specific).

• Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site walk-throughs, generate daily reports, and manage issue resolution.

• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and the client.

• Track materials usage, schedules, and cost-efficiency.

• Conduct toolbox safety meetings and oversee risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on site supervisory experience, ideally in sports, commercial, or institutional building.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel, MEP, and finishing works.

• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and material estimation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to prepare daily reports, schedules, and technical documentation.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred.

• Valid K3 (Safety) certification is a plus.

• Willingness to work on-site in Uluwatu full-time during the project duration.
