About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction operations at our exciting new resort development in Kuta Selatan, Bali. As a contract role, this position will be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring the successful delivery of our project to the highest standards. If you have a proven track record in construction site supervision and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating a team of construction workers to complete tasks on schedule and to specification

2. Monitoring work progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

3. Liaising with project managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

5. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on project status

6. Supporting the training and development of the construction team

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (8+ years) as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervision role

2. Thorough understanding of construction techniques, processes and building regulations

3. Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage a team

5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

6. Familiarity with construction health and safety best practices
