Job Descriptions: 

1. Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

2. Coordinate and schedule work activities, including subcontractor tasks, material deliveries, and equipment usage, to meet project deadlines.

3. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

5. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, work schedules, safety records, and budget updates.

6. Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, including direct supervision of field staff, subcontractors, and laborers, to foster a positive and productive work environment.

7. Resolve conflicts, disputes, and other issues that may arise during the construction process, utilizing problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques.

8. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve project performance and efficiency.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in  civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
