PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Site Head Health Care di Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro). Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma 3 in Hospitality Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skillFast response and good problem solving
• Have min 2 years experiences in housekeeping/hotel services as a Housekeeping Supervisor
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of operational performance at its location in accordance with the work contract and Quality Design
• Responsible for controlling Operational Costs at the location, in achieving an efficient level of operational costs in accordance with predetermined KPI targets
• Responsible for Performance & Successful implementation of service duties & Operational management at its work location.
• Make work plans, location analysis & reports to the Key Account Manager.
• Responsible for always reporting the current state of the location entrusted to him to his direct superiors and client
• Responsible for making monthly management reports and reporting them to clients
• Together with the External section, responsible for planning & ensuring the creation of good coordination & cooperative relations with other external elements (both formal and informal) in the implementation of management support for locations.
• Mitigate and analyze unsafe actions and conditions (unsafe actions & unsafe conditions)
• Create a Hazard Report
