About the role
We are looking for a talented Site Engineer to join our team at PT DOWA Eco System Indonesia, based in Lamongan, East Java. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our civil and structural engineering projects. This is a full-time position that will see you work closely with our project management and construction teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
Responsible for Landfill C construction schedule
Responsible to ensure Landfill C construction follow to drawing design
Monitoring and report QC (Quality Control) for the construction
Provide weekly report and monthly report
Assist to finish and report job safely completely
Housekeeping and tidy up workshop area as safety standard
What we're looking for
Education minimal D3 in Civil Engineering
Maximum age 25 - 45 years old
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
Thorough understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
Well knowledge in Civil construction flow
Experience in civil construction project (building and infrastructure)
Fluent in English both oral and writing
Good communication skills
Well behaved
Work placement : Lamongan Regency, East Java Province
