Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Senior Tech Ops who will oversee the performance of systems and applications, diagnosing issues, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving automation initiatives to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of systems and applications, utilizing various monitoring tools and techniques to identify performance bottlenecks, bugs, or other issues.
• Lead efforts to diagnose and troubleshoot performance-related problems, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage and maintain SLAs, tracking performance metrics and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Drive automation initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize automation tools such as Windmill, Airplane, Postman, and Airflow to develop and maintain automated solutions for deployment, configuration management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing workflows and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance monitoring, automation, and related technologies.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to technical operations and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and support for complex technical issues, serving as a subject matter expert in performance monitoring and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and maintaining systems and applications in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting and automation tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line utilities.
• Familiarity with Java is a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Windmill, Airplane, Postman, or Airflow.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be fluent in Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
