About the role

As a Senior Consultant at AXA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This full-time position is located in Malang, East Java and offers the opportunity to work for an established and innovative company in the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients

2. Provide expert consultative advice and personal solutions to meet clients' unique needs

3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic prospecting and closing techniques

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless customer service

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and best practices

7. Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster their professional growth

What we're looking for

1. 2+ years of proven success in a sales consultant or account management role, preferably in the sales industry

2. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

3. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client needs and present tailored solutions

4. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

5. Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills to stay ahead of industry trends
