Key Responsibilities
* Develop architectural concepts and a full set of design documentation for luxury villas.
* Design complex facade solutions, selecting innovative materials and detailing joints.
* Present and coordinate design proposals directly with the company Director and General Manager for approval.
* Manage the internal design process: delegate tasks to other specialists (structural engineers, MEP engineers), and control project timelines and quality.
* Create detailed drawings and 3D models using Revit or ArchiCAD.
* Conduct site supervision to ensure the project is built exactly according to the design specifications.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with a portfolio showcasing completed luxury villas or high-end private residences.
* In-depth knowledge and practical experience in designing complex facade systems.
* High proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is mandatory.
* Proven experience in managing architectural projects and coordinating a design team.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and defend design concepts to senior management.
