Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from related field
- Be able to be a role model to his/her students and school community
- Has a minimum of two years teaching experiences
- Willing to be placed in any level
- Have Passion to work with children
- Able to work as team or individual
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
You have an important role in:
- Teaching the subjects taught according to the schedule that has been given
- Communicate with the homeroom teacher if students are experiencing learning difficulties to ensure that children understand the lesson and complete it.
- Conduct discussions with teachers in the same field to achieve learning objectives.
- Prepare teaching materials according to student needs.
- Create practice questions, daily tests, and non-cognitive assessments to determine student learning completion.
- Carrying out and evaluating cognitive and non-cognitive assessments as material for evaluating student learning achievements
- Make reports on student learning outcomes for parents and school principals at mid-semester and end of semester.
- Participate in teacher training to improve teacher competency.
