About the Role

As a Senior Accountant with our Jakarta, Indonesia team, you would manage the full scope of financial and accounting within a stable organisation with both a regional and global presence. Key responsibilities would include:

• Managing full scope of financial and accounting responsibilities including but not limited to month end closing, monthly reconciliation of the accounts, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and cash management.
• Analysing financial performance of the Company and provide commentary/recommendations.
• Providing support and review tax reports to be submitted to Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Ensure compliance with tax statutory requirements.
• Managing budgeting and monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Preparing audit schedules and work closely with external auditors for completion of statutory audit.
• Processing Withholding tax, Value-Added tax (VAT), and income tax.
• Contributing to and supporting automation and enhancement of business processes.

What You Bring

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or equivalent. Certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a bonus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command in English (written and spoken) is a must-have, to liaise with internal stakeholders based across the region.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, internal controls, tax and treasury, as well as various types of corporate taxation and rules.
• Independent team player who thrives on cross-functional and regional collaboration.
