About the role
As a Senior Account Manager at PT. Global Infotech Solution, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our diverse client portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships with our most valuable customers.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations
Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to address their pain points
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, delivery, and support to provide an exceptional customer experience
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline to the sales leadership team
Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account management role, preferably in the technology or professional services industry
Has strong knowledge about Cybersecurity product or solution
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficient in business acumen and financial analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability
