Qualifications:Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2-5+ years of experience in spare parts and service sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry.
Familiarity with brands like Shantui, Sunward, Sany, Kobelco, etc. is a strong advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of mechanical systems and components in heavy machinery (e.g., engines, hydraulics, undercarriage, electrical systems).
Ability to read parts manuals and interpret technical drawings.
Sales & Communication Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
Customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) for inventory and order management.
Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell spare parts, maintenance packages, and service solutions to existing and new customers.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to maximize uptime and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and fleet owners.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
Quotation & Order Management:
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders.
Coordinate order processing, delivery, and invoicing with internal departments.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor offerings.
Report on market feedback to improve product/service offerings.
Inventory & Product Knowledge:
Ensure availability of fast-moving parts and suggest stocking of critical parts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spare part codes, pricing, and availability.
Collaboration with Service Team:
Coordinate with service technicians and planners to ensure timely support and field service delivery.
Assist in service contract negotiations and warranty follow-ups.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and forecast data.
Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.
