Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Closing: Confidently negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales strategies.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
A positive attitude, resilient, and persistent.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
