About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Senior to join the dynamic team at Scoot Fast Cruises'. This full-time position is based in our South Denpasar Bali office, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition Managing and optimising our digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and online advertising campaigns Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and using these insights to inform our product and service offerings Collaborating with the product team to ensure our marketing messaging and positioning effectively communicate the value of our products Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders Analysing sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement Leading and mentoring a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve our business objectives What we're looking for
Significant experience (8+ years) in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is highly desirable What we offer
