About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at CHAIN HOTEL 4 STAR' as a Sales Manager Hotel. As a Sales Manager Hotel, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel, which is located in the vibrant city of Bandung, West Java. This is a contract role, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact within the company.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase room occupancy, F&B revenue, and overall hotel profitability

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, and group bookings

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and other industry partners

Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing initiatives

Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotional offers

Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimise results

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any sales-related issues or queries

Mentoring and supporting the sales team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role within the hospitality industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners

Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive sales and marketing strategies

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Knowledge of the local Bandung market and understanding of the hospitality landscape in the region

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
