Title : Area Sales Manager - Jabodetabek
Department : Sales and Business Development
Location : Jabodetabek
Role Summary : Responsible for executing direct sales activities covering distributors and retail stores in the Jabodetabek surrounding. Salesman must build strong customer relationships and collaborate closely with distributors as foundation of sustainable growth. The role involves maintaining and expanding the customer base, ensuring product availability, executing trade programs, and achieving sales targets. The individual must build strong customer relationships and collaborate closely with distributors to drive sustainable growth.
Requirement :
- Age between 25-30 years old
- Male/Female Good Looking and Personality
- Minimum D3 in Business and Marketing related discipline, S1 most preferable
- Ability to speak and write in English is a plus point
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record for managing distributors and retail stores
Material building experience will be an advantage
- Great understanding of Jabodetabek area
- High familiarity with sales reporting and monitoring tools
- Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Good communication and relationship building
- Can operate basic Microsoft office
- Possess own motorcycle and a valid SIM C
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by ensuring product availability, executing trade promotions, maintaining retail visibility, and supporting distributor inventory planning.
- Responsible to build strong relationship with distributor and retail stores.
- Expand new the customer base, delivering market intelligence, and promoting new products to drive growth in the assigned area.
- Provide regular market and competitor feedback on product, pricing, and activities
- Submit visit reports, order logs, and competitor intelligence information
Success Indicators:
- Sales target achievement
- Growth both in value and volume per customers
- Market expansion by spreading to new customers
- Market intelligence report in accurate and timely update
- High customer satisfaction
