About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Export (Staff) to join our team at PT. Origa Mulia FRP'. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Banten. As the Sales Export (Staff), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's international sales growth and expanding our global customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new export sales opportunities in overseas markets

• Maintaining strong relationships with existing international customers and managing their accounts

• Negotiating sales contracts and agreements with international clients

• Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of export orders

• Providing regular sales reports and updates to management

• Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and services internationally

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes in export markets After Sales service

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the export/international trade industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with overseas clients

• Excellent sales data managment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex sales scenarios

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, and familiarity with other languages is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
