Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify and approach potential clients in the valve and related industries.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Provide technical information and product recommendations to clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Placement PIK 2 Tangerang.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the valve, mechanical, or industrial products sector.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as it will be used in daily communication.

• Ability to understand technical specifications of industrial products.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools is a plus.
