Job Description

1. Responsible for the sales of industrial supplies in Indonesia market, the product is not limited, you can directly sell the staff's own familiar products, as long as there are sales channels and familiar with the product parameters.

2. Sales of the whole process management: from demand analysis, quotation negotiation to contract signing, the whole process of follow-up order execution, to ensure on-time delivery. At the same time, dealing with logistics clearance matters, coordinating the docking between suppliers and customers, to ensure the smooth entry of goods into the Indonesian market.

3. Certification and standards control: Ensure that the products sold comply with the Indonesian national standard (SNI), assist customers to complete the certification process, and avoid sales obstacles caused by compliance issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree from a reputable university (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.). Any major is acceptable.

2. Industrial sales experience: at least 5 years sales experience in industrial supplies, familiar with power transmission devices, fasteners, construction machinery, compressors and other products, experience in Indonesia market is preferred. Successful cases of developing customers and achieving sales target are required.

3. Customer resources and channel network: Have local customer resources in Indonesia or can quickly establish a channel network, including manufacturers, distributors, engineering companies. Familiar with the operation process of industry exhibitions, B2B platforms and other channels to expand customers.

4. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.

5. Experience in rail, power, oil and gas, mechanical engineering, port machinery and related fields is preferred, and relevant customer resources are preferred.

6. Willing to travel domestically or internationally.

7. Proficient in Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
