Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of core products and solid understanding of marketing-related solutions.
- Consistently receives positive feedback from Sales Manager on sales performance and client engagement.
- Demonstrated success in closing at least 6 medium-complexity deals and 3 high-complexity negotiations.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Highly motivated with a strong results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Accountability
- Drive new business acquisition while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned markets or territories.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Independently handle medium-complexity negotiations and support higher-complexity deals when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement and close opportunities.
- Deliver on assigned revenue, margin, and sales targets in line with company objectives and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback insights.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of proposals and offers within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, gathering insights to inform sales strategies and improve positioning.
