1. Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the electronics, manufacturing, oil & gas, and shipyard industries in Batam.

2. Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, site visits, and maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.

3. Prepare and submit accurate quotations.

4. Product Promotion: Effectively present and promote company products to prospective customers.

5. Travel: Be willing to travel within Batam and, if necessary, to other cities or countries for business purposes.

6. Planning and Organization: Create and maintain a daily work plan focused on customer visits and other sales activities.

7. Marketing Support: Actively participate in exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.

8. Technical Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of technical and mechanical concepts relevant to the industry.

Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer will be prioritized.

• Fresh graduates with the relevant degree are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate a keen sense of discipline, responsibility, professionalism, honesty, and passion for sales.

• Excellent adaptability, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Must own a personal vehicle with a valid driving license.

• Must be currently residing in Batam.
