About the role

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team at PT. SAMARA INDUSTRIAL PARK' on a contract basis. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed land and property surveys to support our construction projects in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and contribute to the successful delivery of our developments.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting comprehensive land and property surveys using state-of-the-art surveying equipment and techniques

2. Analysing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and plans to document the findings

3. Collaborating with construction teams to ensure survey information is accurately incorporated into project plans

4. Identifying and resolving any survey-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner

5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all survey activities

6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry

2. Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and software for data analysis and mapping

3. Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret survey data and produce accurate reports and plans

4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve survey-related issues

5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. A valid surveyor's licence or certification relevant to the industry
