We are currently hiring for the position of :

Sales Director - for Daily Chemical Fragrances Product

Sales Director - for Food Flavorings Product

Qualification Requirements :

1. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a relevant field

2. Must be familiar with the local Indonesian market and have 5-10 years of work experience in the fragrance (daily chemical or food) industry or related fields, such as:

-      Food ingredients, Food additives, Flavor & Fragrance, Cosmetic ingredients

-   Food packaging and equipment, Raw materials for daily chemical detergents

3. Must be proficient in active English (spoken and written) 

Mandarin proficiency is preferred

4. Technical Skills: 

- Understanding of active flavor/fragrance ingredients 

- B2B negotiation 

- Knowledge of flavor applications (food/beverage) or fragrance applications (personal care/home care)

5. Soft Skills: Communicative, skilled in negotiation

Target-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, highly proactive

6. Willing to travel for business trips outside the city and to China7. The selected candidates will undergo training at the China headquarters.8. Office at PIK - North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities :

1. will represent the company in developing the Indonesian market for both sectors: daily chemical fragrances and food flavorings.

2. Sales Strategy: Design and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies for the Indonesian market

3. Business Development: Build relationships with B2B customers (FMCG manufacturing, household goods, food/beverage, cosmetics, etc.)

4. Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and area development

5. Market Analysis: Analyzing local market trends, competitors, and client needs for flavor and fragrance products

6. Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and periodic analysis for the China and Indonesia headquarters

7. Technical Collaboration: Coordinating with the R&D team for formula development tailored to local market needs

Salary Package will be negotiable, based on Candidate Experience and Skill.
