Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1), with less than 1 year of experience as a Social Media Intern in the e-commerce industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Communicative, engaging, and able to build strong connections with KOLs/affiliates through chat or call to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and effective.

• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and affiliate marketing.

• Passion and insight into affiliate marketing will be a plus.

• This role is based at the Gratyo® Headquarters—North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Acquisition & Management: Lead the selection, outreach, and onboarding of new affiliates to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Actively monitor performance, provide feedback, and optimize results.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, serve as their main contact, and create collaborative partnerships.

• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Marketing & Branding Manager to design strategies, plan, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for affiliates, ensuring the best deals and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
