Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Identify market opportunities to enhance the company's competitiveness in the food ingredients sector.
2. Team Leadership & Management
· Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure continuous improvement in team performance.
· Provide clear guidance and support to help team members achieve individual and collective goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Acquire new clients, expand business reach, and establish long-term partnerships.
4. Internal Collaboration & Resource Optimization
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (e.g., R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to drive business goals.
· Efficiently coordinate resources and streamline processes to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
5. Market Insights & Analysis
· Monitor market dynamics, analyze industry trends, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
· Adapt sales strategies promptly to respond to market shifts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the food ingredients industry, with prior team management experience preferred.
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with exceptional communication skills.
4. High emotional intelligence, strong teamwork ethos, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
5. Customer-centric mindset, sharp market acumen, and outstanding client service skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
