About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of introducing our unique co-ownership property products to potential buyers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, understands how to strategically close deals in person, and brings vibrant energy to every client interaction.
What You'll Be Doing
Engage with potential buyers in person and build lasting client relationships
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations that lead to successful sales
Provide a high level of customer service and follow-up care
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Stay updated on Tiara Hana's product offerings and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
A naturally cheerful and sociable personality who loves meeting people
Proven success in a sales or consultative role (property or hospitality experience is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Strong face-to-face selling and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
Able to commute to Bogor and our Sales Representative Office in Pondok Indah
Self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping others
