This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional execution capabilities who can navigate ambiguous business challenges and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strong leadership skills to invent and orchestrate large-scale organizational change. You will partner with numerous cross functional business and project teams to dive into various work streams to solve hard problems by to identifying bottlenecks, designing scalable solutions, and leading initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. Your functional scope will include FP&A and Sales Finance process transformation, end-to-end demand generation, promo planning and tracking, etc.
Regular international travel is required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential. This is a rare opportunity to join a nimble, high-impact team.
You will operate as a force multiplier — improving systems, streamlining processes, and enabling smarter decisions across the business.
