• Track and monitor e2e alert SLA to highlight any early warning / risk including spike in volume, buildup and capacity issue
• Provide insight based on trend, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Ensure effectiveness of the risk and control environment by supporting Control Ops Lead with workforce management, metrics and reporting, and quality control of the AML Ops functions.
• Perform periodic assessment and quality control on key processes in AML Ops functions and provide feedback to AML Ops functions for quality improvement.
• Stays informed of existing, emerging /new risks around Financial Crime and provides recommendations on appropriate control measures and performance/productivity improvement.
• Collate and provide regular reporting of operational metrics to the Control Ops Lead for governance forums. 

• 3-5 years' hands on experience in KYC or AML in retail banking.
• Self-motivated
• Highly collaborative individual who can work as part of a team and independently
• Capable of multitasking
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to fast changing environment.
• Strong time management and follow up skills.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office
