Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for Russian-speaking property owners, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.

• Provide ongoing account management for Russian-speaking property owners, being their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.

• Oversee account management for Russian-speaking B2B partners, fostering strong business relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

• Act as the escalation point for issues raised by Russian-speaking guests, promptly addressing and resolving problems to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates to Russian-speaking owners and partners regarding performance, key metrics, and potential challenges.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of client requests and concerns.

• Address feedback from Russian-speaking clients, identifying opportunities for service improvements.

• Recommend and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain detailed records of all communications, requests, and outcomes for Russian-speaking clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both spoken and written Russian is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service or account management, particularly with Russian-speaking clients or within the hospitality/real estate industry.
