RESPONSIBILITIES OF RETAIL SPECIALIST (FUTURE STORE LEADER):

• Customer Sales and Service

  • Help customers across all channels (in-store and online) by offering products and services that fit their needs.

  • Sell new, second-hand, or marketplace products, and offer helpful services like product testing, gift cards, and payment options (including mobile).

  • Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Promote all available solutions across different channels.

  • Provide basic repair or personalization services to extend product life.

  2. In-Store Experience and Layout

  • Create a safe, easy-to-navigate, and engaging store layout that encourages customers to explore.

  • Ensure products are available both in-store and online.

  • Keep the store safe for customers and protect their data.

  • Use effective displays to highlight our full range of products and services.

  • Support sustainable practices like eco-design, recycling, and second-life initiatives.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian
