Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.

• Analyze competitor designs and market demand to create relevant collections.

• Develop mood boards and design concepts based on seasonal trends and brand positioning.

• Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to produce initial prototypes.

• Conduct fitting sessions and review samples to ensure accuracy in size, fit, and aesthetics.

• Prepare detailed tech packs (technical specification sheets) for manufacturers.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure that the design can be produced efficiently.

• Ensure that fabrics, stitching, and finishing meet the brand's quality standards.

• Oversee color and material testing to ensure durability and performance.

  Qualification :

  - Have min experience 1 years in Fashion Design, Garment Production, or a related field- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Textile Design,  Apparel Production, or a related field.- Sketching & Illustration: Ability to create hand-drawn and digital fashion sketches.- Design Software Proficiency: Mastery of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,  CorelDRAW, CLO 3D, or CAD software for fashion design.- Pattern Making & Garment Construction: Understanding of pattern development, draping, and sewing techniques.- Fabric & Material Knowledge: Familiarity with different textiles, trims, embellishments,  and their properties.- Tech Pack Development: Ability to create detailed technical specification sheets for  manufacturers.- Strong awareness of fashion trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning.- Understanding of apparel production processes, including sampling, grading, and mass  production.- Knowledge of sustainable fashion and ethical production practices is a plus.- Willing to work start from Monday - Saturday.
