Job Summary:
Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a proactive and result-oriented individual to drive partnerships with Modern Trade, General Trade, and resellers in the personal care industry. This role will focus on expanding offline retail networks, providing training and support for sales partners, and ensuring consistent growth in brand visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships and retail opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade, General Trade, and reseller partners (Such as Watson, Guardian, Dan+Dan, Alfamart, Indomart, and others).
Develop and execute offline sales strategies, ensuring optimal product placement and promotion.
Provide ongoing support and assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Cave Men's Grooming products to collaborate with the CRM team by webinars and live sessions.
Utilize CRM systems to track performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations while collaborating closely with the CRM team to ensure alignment and optimize strategies.
Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
SMA/SMK/D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, or related fields (relevant experience is a plus)
1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B partnerships, ideally in the personal care or retail sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using data for performance analysis.
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
Mindset: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
