About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. CANTINA MEXICANA BALI' in Canggu Kuta Utara, Bali. As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant Mexican restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Lead and motivate a team of talented servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a smooth supply chain and cost-effective operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant operation, with a focus on improving efficiency and profitability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality industry
Willing to be placed in Canggu
