Resort in the beautiful Raja Ampat region of West Papua is seeking an experienced Resort Manager and Resort Operations Manager Couple (Expatriates) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stunning resort located in the beautiful area. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the hospitality industry and contribute to the success of our unique and sustainable resort.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of resort operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services

• Oversee the resort's financial management, budgeting, and reporting

• Ensure the resort meets the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence

• Lead and motivate a team of resort staff, providing training and development opportunities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement

• Foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders

• Promote the resort's commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in resort or hotel management, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting

• Proven track record in leading and managing a diverse team of hospitality professionals
