ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're hiring an energetic and reliable Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role goes beyond welcoming; you'll manage bookings, support resellers, liaise with instructors and drivers, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We're not in a rush, but we are committed to finding the right person who truly fits our culture and pace. This is a key position in our daily operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Please note: While this role has a clear structure, additional responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs

• Manage bookings via WhatsApp, phone, email, and walk-ins

• Respond quickly and helpfully to inquiries from customers and resellers

• Assist guests before, during, and after their surf lessons

• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure schedules are updated in real time

• Handle payments, invoices, and merchandise transactions

• Coordinate daily lesson flow with surf instructors, drivers, and team leads

• Keep the reception space professional, tidy, and welcoming at all times

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Strong self-motivation, initiative, and ability to spot what needs to be done and take action without being told

• Extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• Works quickly and efficiently, especially when time is tight.

• Confident handling demanding guests with empathy and calm

• Friendly, warm, and professional in multicultural settings

• Proficient in English (spoken & written); other languages are a plus

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is preferred

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or basic computer systems

• Comfortable working both independently and within a team

• Interest in surfing or a willingness to learn is essential.
