Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Reservation Staff to support our daily booking operations. The role involves checking availability and rates on online B2B wholesaler websites, communicating with hotel partners, and ensuring accurate data entry into the reservation system.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact hotel partners to check room availability and confirm bookings.
Search and compare rates on various online wholesaler platforms to ensure best pricing.
Input confirmed bookings into our internal reservation system.
Organize and verify hotel bills for accuracy and documentation.
Support the Head of Reservation in handling daily reservation workflows.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and supplier correspondence.
Follow up on pending confirmations or booking issues.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience in travel agency or hotel reservation is a plus.
Familiar with online B2B hotel platforms (e.g. TBO, RateHawk, GMbedbank, etc.)
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative tools.
