About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team at PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our internal recruitment efforts, attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Based in Parung, West Java, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract and hire exceptional candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, networking, and other channels to build a robust pipeline of talent
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
• Continuously monitor and optimise recruitment KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across a range of roles and levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for talent management
