Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential residential development areas.
Analyze economic, demographic, and market data to assess regional growth and demand.
Evaluate advantages and disadvantages of proposed locations based on current and projected market trends.
Identify and recommend optimal land plots, considering accessibility, price, development regulations, and surrounding infrastructure.
Determine the most suitable residential product types (villas, apartments, townhouses, etc.) for each target market.
Conduct preliminary and detailed financial feasibility studies for proposed projects.
Work closely with land brokers, government agencies, and external consultants to validate project assumptions.
Prepare strategic reports and presentations for the management to support expansion decisions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor developments to maintain competitive insight.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate development, feasibility studies, or property investment analysis.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in market research tools and MS Excel; knowledge of GIS or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English; Indonesian is required.
Ability to travel to various project locations across Indonesia.
