About the role

We are seeking a talented R&D Staff (Paint & Coating) to join our innovative team at PT. Asia Chemical Industry. This is a full-time position based in our Cikande, Banten office. As an R&D Staff (Paint & Coating), you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our range of paint and coating products, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting research and development activities to create new and innovative paint and coating formulations

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Chemical , Chemical Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in research and development within the paint and coating industry

3. Strong understanding of paint and coating formulations, testing methods, and quality control processes

4. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis software

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
