Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, particularly in the implementation of the carbamate process.

• Experience in developing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical production.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or process engineering role within the chemical or related industries

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams or production units.

• High level of discipline, honesty, and responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of carbamation production machines for active ingredients, including methomyl, oxamyl, and BPMC, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency

• Proactively identify and address issues within the production process, implementing effective troubleshooting measures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

• Continuously monitor and control the production process to ensure smooth operations, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols

• Prepare and present reports on production progress, highlighting challenges encountered and solutions implemented, while analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, setting clear production targets, creating detailed production schedules, and identifying necessary resources to achieve organizational goals.

• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth and development within the team

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma when applicable.
