QC + QS Engineer

Location: Ubud, Bali

Employment Type: Full-time, project-based (10 months)

Project: 18 apartment units, swimming pool, restaurant zone, total area >1000 m²

Quality Control (QC):

• Daily inspection of construction works to ensure compliance with technical standards and drawings

• Identifying and documenting quality issues with photos and notes

• Communicating observations and non-conformities to the Site Manager and Project Manager

• Verifying that corrective actions are taken and standards are maintained

• Creating daily reports and weekly quality summaries

Quantity Surveying (QS):

• Monitoring and measuring work progress and material usage

• Verifying work quantities against BOQ and contractor claims

• Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and payment validations

• Supporting cost tracking and analysis in collaboration with Admin/Procurement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QC or QS role (ideally both)

• Strong understanding of construction standards, materials, and techniques

• Ability to work with measurement tools, drawings, and site documentation

• Experience in preparing daily/weekly quality and volume reports

• Good English

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, basic Excel, and photo documentation

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable

• Involvement in a complete mid-scale project from start to handover

• Supportive and structured team environment
